2016 W-2 Information

2016 W-2’s have been mailed out and may take up to 10 business days to receive. If you have not received your 2016 W-2 by Friday February 17th, you may contact our accounting department at (567) 661-0609 or w2info@job1usa.com. Please leave a detailed message and your call will be returned within 2 business days.

To request a W-2 reprint, you will need to mail us the following:

  • Your name
  • The last 4 digits of your Social Security number
  • Your phone number
  • Your current mailing address
  • The 2016 W-2 reprint has a Processing fee due in the form of a check or money order, made payable to Job1USA in the amount of $5.00

If the request is received after 3/31/2017, the processing fee will be $10.00.
For W-2 reprints for tax years 2015 and prior the processing fee will be $15.00.
